Can someone help me understand why there was a gynocologist on the scene? She pointed to her mouth (although as I learned from JLo in her stellar film "Gigli," there is a connection between the mouth and the area more suited for the gynocologist.)

Note the color that the woman was wearing. Hopefully M. Night doesn't get a hold of this. (The twist for his movie of summer 2006: the people are actually GORILLAS!)
