Yesterday it took us more than an hour to move our van less than a block. And now it looks like someone was murdered in front of our house, because we apparently managed to wreck the transmission, leaving huge puddles of red fluid everywhere. :( Then this morning it was another hour of shoveling to free the car & van from the snow on the side street so that we could move back to a "safe" street & avoid getting towed.
And to add to the general suckiness of the day, I was sooo hungry and nothing sounded good. I finally decided to make muffins & had everything mixed & about to put in the pan when I noticed the "let sit in the fridge 12 hours before baking" at the end of the recipe. Grr. I think I cried for at least half an hour after that.
